Step 1: The Potential Candidate Submits a Résumé for an Open Position with Consult2Hire

Step 2: Recruiter Identifies Best Candidates by Reviewing Résumés
Recruiter reads resumes that are posted to the database in response to an open position. Each résumé is reviewed to see how well it matches the position's requirements.

Step 3: Interviews Begin with the Most Competitive Candidates for the Position
If your résumé meets all of our criteria, candidate interview is scheduled for an interview within Consult2Hire. These interviews are most often conducted face-to-face; however, some interviews may be conducted via phone or video conferencing. The decision is reached if Candidate should be presented to client.

Step 4: Recruiter Contacts Candidates References.
Extensive 20 question process from references, copies can be submitted to Hiring Manager.

Step 5: Recruiter arranges Technical Interview with Consultants.
Candidates are teched from an experienced professional on technical skills, testing is optional.

Step 5: Candidate is submitted to Client.
With requested documentation and background checks can be provided.
